CAHPSTONE: A podcast on heritage conservation
CAHPSTONE Conversation with Tom Morrison
Welcome back to CAHPSTONE - a podcast about all things heritage related!
This episode is hosted by Stephen Collette, the building manager for Faith & the Common Good. His expertise as both a building scientist and a 'building biologist' has led him to work with hundreds of faith community buildings to create sustainability plans to reduce energy and environmental impact.
Stephen brings his experience in podcast hosting to this episode of CAHPstone where he speaks with featured guest Tom Morrison. As principal engineer at Heritage Standing Inc., he focuses on the preservation of historic buildings by reducing construction needs for his clients.
Tom has worked exclusively on existing structures for more than 10 years. He is recognized by multiple international conservation organizations for his application of engineering to building conservation projects. Much of his work is dedicated to international, national, provincial and local historic sites. Tom regularly presents and lectures on conservation-based engineering.
We have many more exciting guests featured this season. Be sure to follow the CAHPstone podcast on Apple, Spotify, or Amazon podcasts to be alerted when new episodes are released!
